Dalian Tiantai Printing Machinery Factory was founded in 2001. Along with market expansion and growing sales volume, the company expanded its business scale successively by establishing Dalian Tiantai Ziguang Bookbinding Equipment Co., Ltd. in 2011 and Dalian Tiantai Ziguang Intelligent Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. in 2019.
As a member unit of the China Printing Machinery Association, we have a professional R&D team, advanced CNC processing equipment and complete quality inspection facilities. With sharp market insight and standardized management system, we keep developing practical, intelligent, stable and reliable products in response to evolving market demands.
In 2019, we further expanded production capacity by building a new factory building covering 18,000 square meters, equipped with 15 European-style single and double girder overhead cranes to ensure operational safety and stable equipment performance. We also constructed a 3,000-square-meter office building. A full range of intelligent processing and testing equipment was introduced, including:
1 set of OKUMA MCR-BII double-station five-face gantry machining center (Japan Okuma),
4 sets of Taiwanese vertical machining centers V-13 (8000RPM),
2 sets of Taiwanese Kafo gantry machining centers LM-3218 (6000RPM),
1 set of Jiangsu Deyang horizontal machining center HDE-125E,
as well as 1 set of Leader NCK-10208 coordinate measuring machine and 1 set of Han's Laser processing center.
We mainly engage in post-press equipment, including T11/T13 intelligent perfect binding lines, PYGL5500 perfect binding line, PYGL6000 quarto/octavo examination paper perfect binding line, PYG470 roller collator, 4JBB2-50C manual cover-feeding elliptical perfect binder, 4JBB2-502 automatic cover-feeding elliptical perfect binder, 5JBB2-502 automatic cover-feeding perfect binder, 9JBB2-502 automatic elliptical binder and 15JBB automatic elliptical binder.
