The T13 adopts the EtherCAT bus protocol and is microcomputer-controlled. It is linked by 30 servo drives and features a touch screen operation interface. It is designed in a modular way and mainly includes a high-speed synchronous belt 3681 page matching machine, a paperback adhesive binding machine, an eight-page test paper channel, a fully automatic three-sided knife for books and periodicals, and various linear and rotary conveyors to form a complete production line. It can also be equipped with a double-box slitting machine. It features automatic page matching, automatic removal of too many or too few pages, back milling, fine milling, slotting, brushing, secondary back gluing, side gluing, cover gluing, secondary support and clamping, double volume slitting, and three-sided book cutting. It is an ideal binding equipment for realizing the mechanization, linkage and automation of book binding.
The feature of this automatic line is that it can automatically switch between books and periodicals and test papers with a horizontal opening channel. In addition to the linkage, the book blocks printed by the digital printing machine can be directly sent into the adhesive binding machine from this device for binding. Meanwhile, the page matching unit can also be used for page matching independently.
