The T9 adopts the EtherCAT bus protocol, features a touch screen operation interface, is driven by 19 motor servo systems, and adopts a modular design. It mainly includes the PYG460 roller stapler, the flat-binding adhesive stapler, the eight-page test paper channel, the fully automatic three-sided knife for books and periodicals, and various linear and rotary conveyors to form a complete production line. It can also be equipped with a double-box slitting machine. It features automatic page matching, automatic removal of too many or too few pages, back milling, slotting, brushing, side gluing, one-time back gluing, cover gluing, one-time clamping and pressing, double-copy slitting, and three-sided book cutting. It is an ideal binding equipment for realizing the mechanization, linkage and automation of book binding.
One machine with dual functions is the feature of this automatic line. In addition to the linkage, the book blocks printed by the digital printing machine can be directly sent into the adhesive binding machine from this device for binding. Meanwhile, the page matching unit can also be used for page matching independently.
